Trailer Consult i Östergötland AB will be part of the Havator Group

Havator Transport AB, a part of Havator Group, has bought all of the  shares  of Trailer Consult i Östergötland AB , company that  focuses on heavy and special transports. The turnover of Trailer Consult i Östergötland AB is 19 million SEK  and it employs 11 people, who continue working for Havator.

In the transaction, 11 towing vehicles, 14 trailers and to some lighter fleet is transferred to Havator Transport. About half of the transportation fleet serves heavy and special transports. Four towing vehicles of the fleet are equipped with loader cranes.

The collaboration between Havator Transport and Trailer Consult has a long history. Trailer Consult has acted as a subcontractor for Havator Transport, among others, in the local industry’s transports and in Havator Group’s crane transfers.  

"We have long experience of co-operation with Havator. I see excellent possibilities to further develop our operation as part of a large group", states Kenneth Wall, Managing Director of Trailer Consult.

According to the management of Havator Transport, the transaction strengthens company’s position in Sweden and especially in the East coast / Norrköping region.

Our strength will be the local expertise combined with the extensive depot  network of Havator Transport", says Roy Högberg, Business Manager of Havator Transport AB.

Havator Transport AB is part of the Havator Group, which has already existing operations in southern Sweden in Uppsala, Nyköping, Norrköping, Linköping, Motala, Göteborg, Stenungsund and Sundsvall. Havator’s other Swedish operations are located in Örnsköldsvik, Umeå, Skellefteå, Piteå, Luleå, Kalix and Kiruna.
