Nostopalvelu Veikko Ojala Oy becomes a part of corporate group

Havator Group has purchased in its entirety the capital stock of Nostopalvelu Veikko Ojala Oy ( Lifting Service Veikko Ojala Ltd) in Vantaa, Finland.
Earlier this year Avilun Oy and Pika-Tikas Oy from capital region became also members of Havator Group. The turnover of Nostopalvelu Veikko Ojala Oy is approximately three million Euros and it employs ten persons who will continue under the service of Havator Group as old employees. The chairman of the Board of Nostopalvelu Veikko Ojala Oy, mr. Seppo Ojala continues in Havator Group in duties of sales and marketing.
Thanks to business acquisitions in the capital region in this year the turnover of Havator Group has increased approximately with eight million Euros. During this year Havator Group strengthened its operations also in Sweden as the crane company Bohuslyft Ab (Ltd) from Gothenburg became a part of the corporate group through a business acquisition.
