Havator Group wrote a letter of intent concerning the acquisition of Allyft

Havator Group has signed a letter of intent to purchase the capital stock of Allyft i Östergötland Ab. Allyft is a company concentrated on the crane business and it is owned by the Swedish Alltransport Ab. Their offices are located in Norrköping, Nyköping, Linköping and Motala.
