APA, M.Sc. (Econ.) Teuvo Salminen has worked for Pöyry since 1985. In 1999–2009, he was the acting Managing Director of Pöyry Oyj. Until the end of 2010, he operated as a part-time advisor for Pöyry, with responsibilities to develop the strategy.

Since the beginning of the year, Salminen has worked as an advisor for CapMan. At the moment he is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Holiday Club Resorts Oy and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of CapMan Oyj. In addition, he is also a Board Member of Cargotec Corporation Oy, Evli Bank Oyj, Glaston Oy, and Tieto Oyj.

M.Sc (Eng.), M.Sc. (Econ.) Anders Björkell is a partner on the buyout team of CapMan. In addition to Havator, he is a Board Member in the following investment targets of the CapMan funds: Walki Group Oy, Moventas Oy, and Å&R Carton AB. Björkell has also worked as a consultant in the energy business operations of Pöyry Oyj (during this time the company was called Energia-Ekono Oy).

Erkki Hanhirova is Group President of Havator.

M.Sc. (Eng.) Kari Kallio has previously acted as CEO of Ramirent Group Oyj, Managing Director of YIT Sverige AB, CEO of Calor AB, Deputy Managing Director of ABB Fläkt Industri AB, and Chairman of Sweden’s trade and employer organisation VVS-I.

In addition to being a Board Member at Havator, he holds the same position at Inspecta Oy, Comfort Kedjan AB, and Styrud Group. Kallio is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pas Card AB.

M.Sc. (Econ.) Tapio Simos has acted as, for example, Managing Director of VR Oy and Rakentajan Starckjohann Oy, and as Deputy Managing Director of Onninen Oy.
